Unfortunately, after we migrated the uptime contest server to a new home in late 2021, we discovered a bug in the uptime module that cached the IP of the contest URL for the entirety of the Eggdrop running. In simple words, this means that Eggdrops running before the migration occurred are still trying to send their uptime packets to the previous IP address and don’t know to ask for the new IP. In turn, the new server doesn’t know that they exist and, thus, they aren’t appearing in the uptime contest table. We deeply regret this inconvenience, and this bug will be fixed in the upcoming 1.9.3 release of Eggdrop.
