Eggheads: Issue with IDENT/adduser

add the hostmasks you want with the +host command
afaik, the altered hostonfo you give as examples is impossible, so it is had
to really know what the issue is.
I am not familiar with all nets, but ircnet only allows a 10 character field
for the username, inclusive of any udent prefix like ~
if as you assert this user never runs ident and always has the ~ prefix, he
could not be seen on lube with the username you suggest:
Nick!~Michael-NZ@123.45.678.900
. ^^^^^^^^^^^ that is 11 chatacters and would not be displayed on
ircnet.
The last letter of the username would be truncated due to field overflow and
this user would be seen as:
Nick!~Michael-N@123.45.678.900
if hostmask is added as *!?Michael-N@123.45.678.*, *!*Michael-N@123.45.678.*
*!~Michael-N@123.45.678.* or *!Michael-N@123.45.678.* and this user later
turned ident on, he then would not match, since he would then appear as:
Nick!Michael-NZ@123.45.678.900
I would hand set 9 and 10 character usernames as *!*Michael-*@123.45.678.*
which would cover all possible prefix conditions.
